This Little Duck blanket and bunting set is just so sweet! A Baby blanket full of cute ducks and finished with a beautiful bobble border! The granny square begins with a duck and and becomes a square. The duck is part of the granny square (it is not appliqued on afterwards).
The bunting is different, the triangle is made first then the duck is added as an applique.
Crocheted in 100% Dk/light worsted weight cotton - just perfect for a little newborn - and it is gender neutral! So would make a wonderful gift for a newborn!
(Of course acrylic yarn may also be used)
The crochet blanket is for a crib or pram or car set size Baby blanket 22 x 22" But can be made to any size simply by adding more squares.
