All products sold by Kerry Jayne Designs are digital crochet patterns delivered electronically.

Because our products are digital downloads, we cannot accept physical returns.

Once a digital pattern has been downloaded or made available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available unless required by law.

If you experience any of the following:

• you receive an incorrect file,

• your download is incomplete,

• the pattern file is damaged, or

• you have difficulty accessing your purchase,

please contact us and we will work quickly to resolve the problem.

EU and UK Digital Content

By purchasing a digital download, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, any applicable right to cancel may no longer apply in accordance with relevant consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
