These warm and cosy baby mittens have been crocheted using DK yarn for the Prem/newborn and 0-3 m sizes and Aran weight yarn for all other sizes.

The Puff Perfection mittens are quick to crochet and snuggly to wear.

With a cute Puff stitch top, ribbed cuff and draw string tie, they are just perfect for baby boys and girls :-)

I have included five sizes to take babies growing hands from birth to 18 months.

For the crochet pattern examples, I have used:
Kingcole Comfort DK 100g.
Kingcole Comfort Aran 100g
Millamia naturally soft Aran 50g

One 50g ball is enough to make one pair of mittens (all sizes).

Any brands of a similar weight may also be used.

Crochet Hook sizes:
Newborn/ Prem (4mm,, 3.5mm) (USA G/6, E/4)
0-3 months 4.5mm, 4mm (USA7, G/6)
All other sizes (5mm, 4.5mm) (USA H/8, 7),
