Beautiful bunny blanket

I thoroughly enjoyed doing the blanket, it seemed to come to life with the little bunnies in it & l completed the set with the other patterns available in this design. Very easy pattern to follow as with all of Kerry Jayne patterns.

I liked the fact it was a bit different, almost quirky. I usually make traditional white crochet baby shawls in 2 or 3ply.

First attempt at crochet

I bought this pattern as a first project to make at my crochet lessons, a blanket for my new granddaughter.
It turned out so well & was easy to follow.
I made a slight adjustment with the help of my teacher to add a scalloped edge instead of a plain one as I didn’t want to add tassels. I also didn’t stick the ears completely down but left them as something to be played with by little
Fingers.
I’ve now ordered a pattern for a cardigan for my 4 year old granddaughter.
