The Magical Mystery blanket has been crocheted with three strands of Double knit (Light worsted) (8 ply) yarn worked together as one. Using a large crochet hook, an easy stitch and mixing multicoloured yarns together can produce some really stunning results :-)

In this pattern I will show you how to ‘Back’ the blanket with fabric, adding an extra dimension and fabulous color!
It makes an adorable stroller, pram or crib blanket, perfect for the modern mum!
This blanket can be adjusted and made in any size to fit your requirements

Backing the blanket with fabric is optional.
No sewing machine is needed but a basic knowledge of hand sewing is required to sew the backing to the crochet blanket - I have included close up, step by step photos showing you exactly how to sew the backing onto the blanket.
